STAR COMMUNICATIONS, INC. ANNUAL EEO PUBLIC FILE REPORT

INTRODUCTION
This report covers the period from May 22, 2007 to May 21, 2008.
Star Communications, Inc. will be referred to as STAR within this
document.
Radio stationsWVRC AM and WVRC FM, are owned directly by STAR, with
studios co-located in the city of Spencer, WV. Both radio stations share
at least one common employee. Therefore, they have been treated as a
single station employment unit for the purpose of this report.
GENERAL POLICY
STAR has a long standing commitment to a policy of equal employment and
